How do I Track My Order Status?

If you would like to track your order, you can receive real time information on it’s status by clicking the “Check Your Order Status” button below. If you’re not signed in to your Team Kookaburra account, or you purchased as a guest, you’ll need to enter your order number (from your Order Confirmation email) along with the email address you used to place the order.




If you don’t have your order number at hand, you can also sign in to your Team Kookaburra account at the bottom of the Check Your Order Status screen.

Additionally, you can check the status of any order at any time simply by signing in to your Team Kookaburra account and clicking on “Orders” under the “My Account” tab, or “Order Status” under the “Help” tab at the top of Once on your Orders page, click on the order you want to track, then click “Track Order” to see when your gear will arrive.



When can I start tracking my order?

We'll provide an estimated delivery date when you place your order, as well as in your order confirmation email. When your order is dispatched, we'll send another email that includes your delivery date, tracking number and a link to an order detail page. Just click the link in your order confirmation email and follow the steps above to track your order.

What are the factory processing times on web orders?

Regardless of carrier selection, web order factor processing times take anywhere between 1-3 business days (depending on peak times and seasonal surges). Rest assured, the Kookaburra warehouse team is working as fast as possible to ensure you get your order on time. You can always check the status of your web order via 'My account' (if you are logged in) or you can contact support.
