Our cricket bat repairs are carried out in the Kookaburra Batcave at our head office in Moorabbin, Victoria. Our Bat Makers have many years of experience supporting the world’s best players, so you know your bat will receive meticulous care and attention to detail - every time.

Average turnaround is 5–10 business days from when our Returns team receives your bat (shipping time not included). Please include a note in the parcel with your name, delivery address and email address.

Sticker Policy

Kookaburra stickers can only be applied to genuine Kookaburra bats.
Stickers from the current-season range are not available for repairs.
If original stickers are unavailable, we will select the equivalent model from the next season (unless you request otherwise).

Include a note with your name, delivery address and email address.
Drop-off and pick-up are also available at the above address.
